By accessing and using BaZi Destiny Map ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

BaZi readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice in any field, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling.

The readings are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical systems and should not be used as the sole basis for any life decisions.

3. Accuracy

While we strive for calculation accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the results. BaZi interpretation is inherently subjective and varies among practitioners.

4. Payments

Premium readings are available for a one-time fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and original content are protected by copyright. The BaZi system itself is an ancient Chinese tradition in the public domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
